Standard 2: This unit is written to Next Generation Science Standards. It uses the study of observable phenomenon to frame a series of hands-on learning activities that help students understand how waves and shifts in wave frequency indicate motion towards or away from the source.
Standard 6: I shared this unit with a classmate and commented our their unit as well.
Standard 1: The open nature of the inquiry activities leave space for students to draw on their personal backgrounds.
Standard 4: This unit forced me to really wrestle with how to create units that are project and inquiry-based but are still tightly aligned to content standards
